We would like to let you know about upcoming changes that will affect your current CompuServe Our World experience.

As of 31 October 2008, CompuServe Our World will be shut down. We urge you to save your content immediately to avoid losing any information.

How to save your content

There are several ways to save your content:

1. The quickest and easiest way to do this is to copy and paste your content into a word processing document such as Microsoft Word, Notepad or even into an email and mailing it back to yourself.

If you have any images we suggest you save them separately by right clicking on the image, choosing "Save Picture As" and allocate the drive on your PC where you would like to save them to.

2. Save files directly from your browser.

a. Internet Explorer users: Click on 'File' ® 'Save As...' ® 'Web page type' you'd need to choose the option 'Web Page Complete (.htm, .html) and allocate the drive on your PC where you would like to save them to.

b. Google Chrome users: Click on the button 'Control The Current Page' ® 'Save Page As...' ® 'Save As Type' you'd need to choose the option 'Web Page, Complete' and allocate the drive on your PC where you would like to save them to.

c. Mozilla Firefox users: Click on 'File' ® 'Save Page As...' ® 'Save As Type' you'd need to choose the option 'Web Page, complete' and allocate the drive on your PC where you would like to save them to.
