25. "I think there should be someplace where users can suggest new boards for different things."
There was at one time, and it was essentially useless. Users (members at that time) were made to feel that their input was important, when really it never mattered at all.
"Can you please tell me how I can remove or edit a post that I created on a message board that I just joined?"
This feature was suggested a long time ago (and we were told that it was going to be implemented). Yet somehow AOL never quite got "traction" on this (yes, that was a term an AOL employee used to use!). It will never happen, I feel certain. The way things are the way they are going to remain. AOL is in very bad shape.

29. In the Message Boards under "Pregnancy Circles" in the Parenting area, there have always been boards for each month peoples babies are due. They were updated regularly as new moms came on. Right now they have not been updated in months so the latest board is "Due September 2008." There is no board for those due in Oct, Nov, Dec '08 or anytime later. These boards have been popular for over ten years and people still go to their month boards years later to maintain freindships (They used to change the name to Kids Born In September 08 when September was passed). Please, will someone update these?? Everyone who is due from now until May is all posting on the Due September 08 board! Please add more Months boards for people to use. THANK YOU.

31. I want to access the chatrooms I'm accustomed to on AOL. I can't do so. Kelly's 'help' was not helpful -- I still can't get where I want to go. Who's the genius behind the change?
Further, if you're going to have this blog, how about addressing my problem? Having read all messages, I'm certainly not alone!!!

32. I want to old AOL back as well. Can't find friends anymore. I do not want to be sent to Bebo and "have" to join something else. I already belong here and do not like the change at all. Please give it back. Can't search local areas for friends. Have met folks all over the world with same interests as well and now can't navigate. It should not be sooooooooooo hard. Give it back. Truly disappointed.

35. I've been a paying member since 1996 - mainly to retain access to the 10 or 12 webpages I've built in Members/Hometown. aol. In fact, I just recently built 2 fairly permanent sites.....OMG, what do I do now? I used this 'host' because I'm such a novice and it was so simple, and part of my benefits as a paying customer. I need help QUICKLY to save and switch my many sites before they disappear! And I guess there will no longer be a reason to be a PAYING customer of AOL........??? Redbuck

38. I also wish that America-On-Line would stop changing their formats. It's getting harder to do almost anything that I used to enjoy doing when all a person had to do to get to a site was type the internet address and click go or just click on a icon. Aol should be trying to make things simpler than going the way they're going. Before long all the people using aol will be puter geeks and the super educated.Simple is better as far as I'm concerned.

39. I also wish that aol wouldn't keep on changing their formats and stuff. It seems to me like they're trying to get people to stop useing their service!!!!!It used to be easy and simple to use but with the changes they're going through it'll probably be harder.I'm glad that i have another internet provider as back-up. At least i'll still be able to e-mail my friends using their services. My motto is if it works why go messing with it changing things....WilmoJo1@aol.com

40. I pay for Broad Band AOL and Dial up also. I'm not really a customer to make disgusted in a competition Market.
Hawaiian Telcom has lost my landline business because they didn't treat me as a customer! WE are your CUSTOMERS. I hung in there because I liked my Blogging access! Now you are messing that up!
