6. I need help! I tried Tech support but they won't help unless you pay. I've always been able to send a link for any article to my friends and family. All of a sudden, in the last couple of days my "insert in mail" icon doesn't seem to be working. You know, that little yellow mail icon right next to the minimize box. Usually when you want to send something you click on that icon and it inserts the article as a link but it hasn't been doing that. Can anyone tell me how to correct this...I use this all of the time. Thank for your help in advance.

11. I am so irritated. There is no way for me to get to my blog to create new entries. This is my blog:

How do you expect me to keep blogging if there is no entry point?

12. Absolutely HATE this crap, I swear AOL has gone off into the netherworld, I have been a memeber since like 96, it used to be so simple, I want to see if anyone from Knoxville, TN is currently online so that I can ask them a question about Knoxville, but hell no, I'm taken to a maze of b.s. AOL, you SUCK!

15. For networking things can be difficult at times, blocking preferences arent cool when trying to network. We go threw a process to obtain your services, and yet others can intrude and become annoying. For example, trying to check recent contacts by going threw Membership Directory and finding the contact is either non-existant or only finding their name.I also should add that Member Directory and People Connection should not be the same thing! In my opinion anyone who wants to create a screen name should have to go through a *required fields info form and most ideally add a mandatory time limit(like two weeks) This probably would cut down on the timely, costly, annoyances.A poll for various changes would be nice. We are creatures of habit and change might make one look good, or help some get a rai$e but is it really necessary? Why not ask the folks that dish out the cash for the service every month? Take a vote/poll.

16. Well, Charles and Kelly...no answers for the commenters? Since Erin Bush has joined the list of former AOL employees, who is in charge of message boards?
My suggestion is this -- if you aren't going to respond to commenters, then don't have this blog. AOL users (formerly members) have had enough of AOL employees trying to act palsy-walsy, when in reality they did nothing (except make excuses, give inaccurate info -- which, btw, users were told that we would be sanctioned if we ever did that but apparently AOL employees can do it w/o repercussion! --, and basically pretend to be doing something that they really weren't doing at all).

17. This sucks...I am looking everywhere to just browse profiles in my area and if there is a way, AOL is sure making it difficult to find it!!! That was the only feature that kept me with aol so if that is gone I am switching services. And aol went from 9.95 to 11.95 a month and didn't even tell me anyway.

18. I'm new to AOL. I only use it for the message boards. I think there should be someplace where users can suggest new boards for different things. For example, television, movies, etc. There are new shows coming out all the time that fans would like to discuss on AOL and the listings aren't up to date.
I also have to agree that the navigation is a bit confusing. I had to do a web search just to find this board.

20. Hello,
Can you please tell me how I can remove or edit a post that I created on a message board that I just joined? My message is appearing with a screen/user name that is recognizable by people I know. My privacy and anonymity are extremely important to me at this time.
Thank you
