1. This is just an FYI on this This morning at 10:30 est, my MBs were all updated. Last night around 8 pm est, they hadn't completely updated in that they still didn't show the read posts as read and unread as unread. Now, I'm one who has been using the 'new' format all along. And I'm glad to see all is ok now :) Franki

2. Not that anybody cares - most folks preferred the "classic" boards, and many of us who were still paying a monthly membership fee are about to stop.
Nice move.

3. I'm a paying member and I didn't continue using the old message boards. I migrated myself to the new ones when they first came out. It really annoys me these broad statements made sating most all the time. I wonder how many of those that just can't stand the new boards are really just against change. . . Franki

4. I have been paying aol just so I can use the old classic board format. There are many reasons why I prefer the old system. (1) I could use spell check on the classic boards with my Mac. (2) I could click on the post I want to read without losing the list of posts. On the new boards, after reading a post I have to reload the post lists. This is very slow. (3) Formating with fonts, sizes, and colors is easier on the old system. (4) The new boards are slow one viewing on post at a time. (5)When choosing a few at a time, those I don't read are marked "read"and I could miss posts that I might want to get back to. AOL should accomadate the loyal members and allow a back door to the old system or they'll lose many members. Now how do I spell check this post with suggested corrections?

5. Hey Dan--- I found it interesting to read the exact Whys you liked the old boards better. I don't have a Mac, so I don't know exactly how they work, but I'm glad you responded. Ya know---that lack of spell check has been a sore point with a whole lot of folks for a long time now! Why they have never implemented it in the 'new' setup. I'll never know. I does seem a feature any up to date message board system would have. Franki

6. I'm trying to locate ms, or mrs:Nancy Mann who i haven't seen in nearly 50 years. However we did accidently see each other briefly in downtown manhattan New york. That had to be in the early 70's.
If you had a friend named "Cookie" who lived on 145th street, you may be the person that i'm looking for.
If i've got it right call me at 914-843-6043 or email me at( Mrtuckjones@aol.com}.

16. Dear Editor,
As far as we know, we are the first video based website that combines social media networking with peer to peer giving on every level. Our website was created and designed as a result of the 2008 economic recession to allow people to receive free money from the world based on their needs. The site has several channels for members to choose from to describe why they need money. Anyone can sign up as a free member, post video and start asking the world for help. Every video is then linked to a Paypal donation button where the individual can start receiving money.
Thank you.
