43. i cant find my chat room.....how do i work this stupid thing you put up?...i dont like it....its not simple,you give no instructions.....we dont want to spend hours looking for our regular chat rooms....come on now....put it back the way it was.......i need help and there is no one to help...now what do i do.....please tell me...Andrea

45. I cannot find my chat rooms. I followed the few instructions that I found above...aol search "findachat" didn't work and going to "connect" shows headings that are totally unfamiliar and say that anyone basically can come in from teens to seniors.......this is much more complex and difficult to follow than the previous well delinated headings and familiar room names....unless you explain this better many will be frustrated, which is the way I feel at this point. I basically pay aol for the chat...the main thing I do on the computer. If I can't navigate through your now non user friendly format, I will not be willing to stay with your service.

46. This really sucks! I can't believe AOL switched the whole site like this? Who is running your company now anyway? Good lord, I've been on Aol on and off for over 10 years and you can't even find the damn chat rooms now! What a joke, this is the worst design I've ever seen.

47. THIS IS TERRIBLE. IT USED TO BE SO EASY TO FIND A CHATROOM. IF YOU REALLY WANT TO HELP US. STOP PEOPLE FROM GOING INTO CHATROOMS AND THEN LEAVING AND GOING TO WORK ETC, THUS PREVENTING A REAL PERSON FROM ENTERING. I CALL THIS "PAKING". SELFISH PEOPLE ARE NOW DOING THIS IN MOST CHATROOMS. YOU SHOULD SET A TIME LIMIT FOR A PERSON TO START TYPING, LIKE 5-10 MINUTES. IF THEY DON'T TYPE BY THEN, THEY SHOULD AUTOMATICALLY BE EJECTED FROM THE ROOM. WITH A TOTAL OF 36 SPACES IN A ROOM AND 25 PEOPLE NOT EVEN AT HOME, BUT ONLINE IN A CHATROOM, LEAVES 11 SPACES FOR ACTUAL PEOPLE, BUT THERE WILL BE 4 BOTS IN THERE TRYING TO GET YOU TO GO TO THEIR SITE, LEAVING ONLY SEVEN ACTUAL PEOPLE IN THE ROOM AND LOTS OF PEOPLE WAITING TO GET IN. FIX THIS!!!!!!!!!!!

48. The word everyone is looking for is not 'confusing'...it is 'idiotic'. Two of the basic rules of business are KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid) and don't fix something that isn't broken. In one night AOL broke both of those rules. The original AOL creators were brillant and must have retired with all the money they made. The new generation is just bumbling along. Typing in 'Findachat' doesn't solve any problems.

WE LIKE OUR ROUTINE SIMPLE AND EASY; WE DO NOT WANT TO HAVE TO DETOUR AROUND PHOTOS OF EMOTIONALLY DISTRUAGHT STARLETS TO GET TO OUR BLOGS. 57. I loathe this new setup. Don't tell me how wonderful the new setup by listing all the links that are available. I keep wasting time trying to find what I've always used but have not been successful. I've often considered dropping AOL and AOL keeps finding new reasons why I should. TECHIES's common sense for set up is not user friendly and it's also not user common sense. Wake up and leave what works alone. AOL keeps fixing what's not broken. Red

59. I don't know why people even bother registering complaints. AOL does what they want to and really don't care what the people think. I had an awful time getting to my chat and had to use a link given to me to get there. No wonder everyone says AO-Hell. You upped the chat rooms to 36 people and people complained, but it made no difference. You'll do what you want and pass it off as a great up-date even if people say that HATE it. I only remain because of the chat!

60. my comments like others before me mean nothing to aol. Im not sure who had the brilliant idea of changing this whole fomat around but it stinks. Many loyal aol customers are fed up and are going to be changing servers. The chat rooms were great but having to navigate around this completely idiotic new format is just too much. I will give it one week. if its not changed back then i will simply just change servers. I know this means nothing to anyone at aol but needed to get it off my chest
