23. My complaint is to please remove the double banners for People Connection from the Message Boards.
I find it totally unecessary and distracting, more is not always better.

26. I really hate this!!!!!!!!!I am so upset with this, where are the chat rooms?????????PLEASE CHANGE IT BACK. One minute it was the old way & then I get back on & cannot find anything. I am so upset with this. Where is the online community?????

27. I am so hurt with this new look, I mean it is the worse. Simple? Why things in life cannot be simple. I mean this is how I relax. I do not want to spend hours trying to navigate this thing. The only reason I have AOL is strictly because of the chatrooms!!!!!!!!!

28. Totally confusing, can't even find chat rooms that I have been using for a very long time, what improvement, it is just not easy, it is to much of tech stuff. Was using fifties friends chat for long time , and now , I can't even find that. Give us some directions. as to how to find the rooms we are used to being in. thank you

29. What the hell is going on with the chatrooms? This was a TERRIBLE idea and whoever thought it up ought to be fired. It had to be someone with no insight at all. WHERE ARE THE CHATS and how do we access them now? I may just cancel my subscription to aol. This beats all.

only to tell me I am banned. What a joke. This is mass confussion at the highest level. Bring the old format back or i'm finding another server.

This is Brian Salchert again. I thought I had figured
out how to solve my getting-to-my-blog problem; but my
solution stopped working. What I ended up doing was
placing a link to my journal/ in my Favorite Places,
thank you. I've written several paragraphs about my
difficulties today. See my 2492 entry. I gather the
Sign In / Sign Out is a security feature, but it
cannot be seen unless the screen is widened. Since my
entry might help others, one of its tags is blogplugs.

35. I don't like the new way, i will get rid of aol if it's not put back the way it was. I only keep it for the chat rooms and now i can't find them!!!!

36. I am disgusted with aol. This is certainly NOT an improvement. I can't find anything! Give the old way back to us, or you're going to loose a lot of members, including ME!!!

38. OK, AFTER ADDING MY LAST COMMENTS, I KEPT LOOKING FOR THE CHAT ROOM BOX/LIST AND AFTER 20 MINUTES, FOUND IT ... .BUT WHY, WHY DO I HAVE TO GO THRU THE EXTRA STEPS?!??! JUST PUT THE DAMN PAGE THE WAY IT WAS....I'M NOT ASKING YOU, I'M TELLING YOU....REALLY PISSING ME OFF WITH ALL THIS NONSENSE....I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO CLICK THE PEOPLE CONNECTION/CHAT ROOM LINK AND BE ABLE TO SEE THE LIST OF CHAT ROOMS IMMEDIATELY...I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO NOW GO TO "KEYWORD" TYPE IN "FINDACHAT" DON'T GIVE ME MORE STEPS THAN ARE NECESSARY.

39. Seems like you have been trying to change everything in the last few months, and I dislike almost all of the changes. Why don't you follow the old adage "if it ain't broken, don't fix it". I really miss my old AOL

40. i hate this i pay you a monthy fee for my internet and you go and change i never asked for this change i look for hours trying to find my chat rooms and going up under the link userlink chat or whatever it is no luck hear this aol change it back or i want my money back that i paid you or i will see you in court
